Employee Resource Coordinators
Horizon Goodwill offers the services of Resource Coordinators for all employees. The Resouce Coordinators participate in the development and implementation of events focused on health, balance, wellness, and financial education across the organization’s territory. They perform screening and individual planning to meet unique employee needs. They also act as a case manager for employees and provide information as well as refer individuals to services needed through community resources (i.e. adult education classes, childcare, transportation, credit counseling). They will work in conjunction with the Training and Development Department to support career pathing and can even act as liaisons between assigned employees and external service providers.
These individuals will educate employees, community organizations, and employers concerning HGI programs and services. Act as an advocate for assigned employees and establish and maintain good rapport with the employee(s), organization leadership, and referring agencies. They will also maintain all relevant records, case notes, and other documentation as well as participate in agency meetings and committees as directed.
