We help prepare you for participation in the world of work and match your skills and abilities with community and employer needs. We offer post-employment support to assist you in maintaining employment and exploring your own career and personal development opportunities.

Discover your strengths through guided assessment. Using formal and informal assessments, we will help you discover your skills, strengths, and interests. We will build upon your strengths, as well as identify areas to improve or strengthen.
Build upon those strengths with skills training. Now that we know your skills, strengths, interests, and areas to improve or strengthen, we will create a training plan with goals to address your individual needs. You will learn where to look for work and how to present yourself at interviews.
Search for jobs that match your interests and abilities. At this point, you have all the skills and support necessary to enter the workforce. During this phase, we will assist you in your job search by offering you job leads and helping you track your job search efforts.
