Our Exchange and Return policy

• Clothing: No refunds. No Exchanges.
• Shoes: No refunds. No Exchanges.
• Electrical/Mechanical: Electrical/Mechanical items may be returned within 24 hours. The item must still have the price tag and be accompanied by the receipt.
• All Other Items: All items are purchased “as is.” No refunds. No exchange.
• New Mattresses/Foundations: 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Refund/Exchange only if under warranty, with the receipt, and in plastic (no rips, tears, or stains) -at the manufacturer’s discretion.

This policy takes effect as of May 1st, 2018 – Items purchased on or before May 1st, 2021, will be honored under the previous policy.
