We work closely with you to help you identify your potential, your dreams, and your goals as well as the supports you will need to get there. We help prepare you for your participation in the world of work and match your skills and abilities with community and employer’s needs. We offer post-employment support to assist you in maintaining employment and exploring your own career and personal development opportunities.

Discover your strengths through guided assessment. Using formal and informal assessments, we will help you discover your skills, strengths, and interests. We will build upon your strengths, as well as identify areas to improve or strengthen.
Build upon those strengths with skills training. Now that we know your skills, strengths, interests, and areas to improve or strengthen, we will create a training plan with goals designed to address your individual needs. You will learn where to look for work and how to present yourself at interviews.
Search for jobs that match your interests and abilities. At this point, you have all of the skills and support necessary to enter the workforce. During this phase, we will assist you in your job search by offering you job leads and helping you track your job search efforts.
Receive encouragement, supports, and assistance as you enter the world of work. Congratulations! You have found employment! We will assist you in dealing with problems that may arise on the job, offer you encouragement, and make sure you know Goodwill is here and ready to support you as you make this transition into the world of work.
