The Adolescent Clubhouse

Horizon Goodwill Industries is a nonprofit organization supporting a new program called the Adolescent Clubhouse and Whole Family Center. These programs have been designed to meet the needs of families and at-risk youth in our community by providing a family-oriented environment for them to grow together. Implemented into our programs, we create an environment that is fun, family-friendly, and drug-free.

At the Adolescent Clubhouse, we encourage adolescents ages 11-16 to embrace their education and mental and emotional regulation and build healthy family and social relationships. We provide sufficient space to host various after-school activities daily, including arts and crafts, workouts, and self-care activities. We also provide free homework help and tutoring to encourage continued school success. Our goal in the Adolescent Clubhouse is to provide a free, safe, and supportive environment for youth in our community. The Clubhouse is open Monday through Friday from 2 PM – 6 PM.

Horizon Goodwill’s Young Adult Solution Center & Online Resource Hubs

This page is dedicated to providing you with information about our Young Adult Solution Center and the programs we provide through this center. We’re here to help young people ages 16 – 24 with everything from job training and employment assistance to education and housing information.

Young Adult Solution Center

Young Adult Solution Center Welcome! What can I do at the Solution Center? Our Young Adult Solution Center is located at 200 N. Prospect Street, Hagerstown, MD. The center is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 AM to 3 PM.

• Get Creative: Relax in our Art Corner, where we have all the tools you’ll need for sketching, painting, vision boarding, and much more.
• Get Connected: We have multiple desktop computers and spaces where you can access FREE internet.
• Meet with our Staff: Our Solution Center staff is dedicated to helping you succeed with your hopes and goals, whether that involves finding a job, getting certified for a certain skill, or finding housing assistance opportunities.
• Find Comfort in a Safe Space: our center is a safe space where you can relax, play a game, and make friends.
