Goodwill Industries® of the Valleys has been awarded, by the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Investment Board, a contract to provide services to youth, adults, and dislocated workers through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I program. Goodwill currently operates these programs for individuals in other areas of the Commonwealth including Charlottesville, Roanoke, and the New River Valley.
