The second-oldest municipality in the Shenandoah Valley, Stephens City celebrated its 250th anniversary in 2008. Located between the Allegheny and Blue Ridge Mountains, its renovated town center is on the National Register of Historic Places. Horizon Goodwill’s Stephens City store is located in the Food Lion Plaza, 366 Fairfax Pike.
