The county seat of Washington County, Maryland, the “Hub City” is the sixth largest city in the state and the largest in the panhandle. Hagerstown is home to Horizon Goodwill’s Corporate Service Center, its North Pointe store, Burhans Ave. Business Services offices, the South End store, the Prospect St. Resources Center, and the College Road Attended Donation Center. This location is not only the Horizon Goodwill corporate office but also its E-commerce Center and Donation Center. 

The Corporate Offices are open Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM, but the Donation Center, on the right side of the building, is open Monday – Saturday 8AM – 6PM and Sundays 10AM – 6PM.
