Brandon Marks Director of Business Services

Brandon joined the Horizon Goodwill Industries team in March of 2016. In his role as Director of Business Services, Brandon is responsible business development, successful contract execution, and customer satisfaction. In this capacity, he works with Federal, State, and commercial procurement offices and/or business owners to negotiate terms and conditions for a variety of business lines. These contracts provide Horizon Goodwill Industries with employment opportunities for our clients and revenue streams to fund our Mission of “Removing Barriers, Creating Opportunities.”
Prior to joining the Horizon Goodwill, Brandon led a team of Account Managers who supported an agency that processed donations and data for many of the nation’s top non-profit clients. It was there that his passion for the non-profit world was hatched. Before that role, Brandon spent over 17 years in hospitality where he was most recently a General Manager for a hotel and conference center.
Brandon’s work history has positioned him to be an excellent customer and employee advocate. His strong business acumen has helped Horizon Goodwill’s contracts division grow and he looks forward to all of the opportunities that lie ahead.
Brandon obtained a BA in Business Management from Marietta College in Marietta, OH. After graduation, he spent several years in California where he met his wife and started a family. He now resides in Hagerstown, MD, close to Horizon Goodwill’s corporate offices.
