The county seat of Mineral County, Keyser is located in the Eastern Panhandle and was named after Baltimore and Ohio Railroad official William Keyser. The area that would become Keyser changed hands 14 times during the Civil War due to the importance of the railroad. The Keyser store is located at 280 Keyser Mall.
