These Mobile Text Terms of Use (“Mobile TOU”) govern your participation in the Horizon Goodwill Loyalty Program (“Program”), which provides exclusive offers, updates, and marketing communications via SMS and email. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically.
Program Description
By opting into the Program, you consent to receive up to five (5) SMS messages per month and up to five (5) emails per month from Horizon Goodwill Industries. Messages may include promotions, event announcements, store updates, and other marketing content. Participation is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges will appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
Consent and Eligibility
By enrolling, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile device provided. Consent includes messages sent via auto-dialer or similar technology.
Message Frequency
You will receive no more than five (5) promotional SMS messages and five (5) marketing emails per month.
Opting Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from Horizon Goodwill, reply STOP to any message. You may also opt out or request support by contacting us at:
