Please read the information below regarding your order:

• Your gift card will be mailed through USPS and you will receive an email with the tracking information once a shipping label is created. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
• Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be shipped. It may take 24-48 business hours for tracking information to be updated.
• Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, it cannot be re-routed. Please make sure your address is correct.
• Orders received after 1pm EST will not have tracking info updated until the next business day at the earliest. Items receiving a tracking number after 1 pm on Friday’s will not have the tracking info updated until the following Monday at the earliest.
