    About our store Close

Our location opened in June of 2014 and is dedicated to serve the local community. Customers are very interactive with the staff and they often stop in just to say hello.

About Ellen McComb, The Store's Manager

Ellen McComb started as a part-time sales clerk in June of 2014, when the Shepherdstown store opened. Over the course of a few short years, she worked her way up to become the store’s manager. She has been part of the local Shepherdstown community for over 20 years and graduated from Shepherd University.

Unlike other retail stores, Ellen feels that Goodwill offers a paramount support system to communities with programs such as job training. She enjoys interacting with customers and strives to offer friendly service that keeps customers coming back, even if only to say hello.
